Refund Policy
At Graviton, we are committed to delivering reliable and high-performance SaaS solutions to our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or renewing any services.
1. General Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or commercial proposal.

This includes onboarding charges, subscription plans, implementation/setup costs, support charges, and third-party service fees (e.g., APIs, eSign, eNACH).
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional conditions:

Duplicate payments due to system or user error.

Technical failures attributable to Graviton systems leading to complete service non-availability for more than 7 consecutive business days, with no alternate solution or workaround.

Advance wallet credits (for usage-based services) that remain fully unused, provided no services or APIs were triggered.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Change in business strategy or requirements post-subscription.

Non-usage of services or partial usage during the subscription period.
-
Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors not managed directly by Graviton.
4. Refund Request Process

Email your refund request to support@kugelblitz.xyz within 7 days of the transaction date.

Include transaction ID, invoice number, registered email ID, and reason for the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Graviton provides clients with the flexibility to manage their subscriptions and service engagements while maintaining compliance with platform terms.
1. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel any ongoing subscription or usage-based service by submitting a cancellation request to support@kugelblitz.xyz.

A 30-day notice period is mandatory prior to the renewal or next billing cycle.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current paid term; no partial-period refunds will be issued.
2. Auto-Renewal Terms

All subscriptions are auto-renewed by default at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Clients must opt out of auto-renewal in writing before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
3. Early Termination

For clients on annual or long-term contracts, early termination may result in:

Pro-rated penalties as per the contract.

Forfeiture of any promotional discounts availed.
-
Recovery of any advance credits or fees waived under specific offers.
4. Service Suspension or Termination by Graviton
Graviton reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access without refund under the following conditions:

Breach of terms of service, data misuse, or illegal activities.

Non-payment of dues beyond the grace period.
-
Involvement in activities harmful to platform integrity or security.
